Dr. Renu Dhasmana is a passionate medical educationist with a strong commitment to enhancing teaching-learning practices in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. Dr Juhi is a keen educationist. She is the recipient of the ‘Best Teacher award ‘at HIMS and best poste award for educational research at FAIMER. She has taken several initiatives to further the cause of education in the region of Uttarakhand which has gained National interest , like organising the 13th national conference of Health Professions Education ( HPE) in 2022 at HIMS where there were 20 pre-conference workshops and a two-day conference with the theme of “preserving the human connect in an era of technological advancements in Medicine”. Besides this, she has guided students for STS - ICMR Projects and is currently working on the ICMR project on District Residency Program and use of standard treatment workflows in Neonatology and Pediatrics.
